  • Monitor participation, facility utilization, revenue, and other performance metrics to evaluate programming effectiveness, support resource planning, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased off-peak simulator usage
  • Collaborate with colleagues on operational and capital budgets, program development, and facility needs, while supporting the administration of simulator leagues and other golf initiatives as required

  • Active PGA of Canada membership, with a commitment to maintaining professional standing, advancing technical expertise, and participating in ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of golf simulators, launch monitor technology, instructional tools, and emerging trends and best practices in golf technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instruction and adapt communication approaches to diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan programming, coordinate bookings, manage competing priorities, and remain effective in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Professional, diplomatic, and collaborative approach, with strong interpersonal and member service skills and the ability to build effective relationships, anticipate member needs, and resolve concerns in a responsive, solution-focused manner. Experience in a private club, member-based, or hospitality-focused environment is considered an asset
