Job summary

Medicentres Canada Inc. seeks a Dual Clinic Manager to oversee operations at two clinics in Hermitage and Dickinsfield. You will lead daily activities, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive initiative implementation across locations.

You will manage staffing, training, and engagement, collaborating with physicians and staff to promote a customer-first culture while maintaining strong financial performance and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years clinic experience
• 3 years management experience, preferably in a health care clinic
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with Health Information Act guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two clinics
• Lead implementation and communication of new initiatives and programs
• Manage staffing levels and supervise medical and non-medical staff
• Ensure high-quality patient care and customer service standards
• Maintain clinic financials including labor, supplies, and EBITDA
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, vendors and other stakeholders
