Job summary

Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a full-time Trainer based in our Hanover office, supporting operations across the Grey Bruce regions. You will train drivers, assess abilities, and deliver safety-focused programs in a multi-modal mobility company.

We offer robust training, a safety-first culture, and opportunities for growth. The role requires a valid B or E class license, a clean record, and flexibility including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid B or E Class License held for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean Driver Abstract with no demerit points
• Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Strong knowledge of Grey Bruce and surrounding areas
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Understanding of the vehicle-for-hire industry and regulations
• Familiarity with wheelchair tie-down systems (Q’Straint and similar)
• Possess a signing authority

Responsibilities

• Train and teach employees how to drive all company-owned vehicles safely
• Conduct Driver Assessments to evaluate skill and readiness
• Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs
• Facilitate License Upgrading programs (B Class)
• Lead external instructional training sessions as required
• Support Operations Manager with additional duties and projects
• Be prepared to drive as a substitute to assist operations team
