Job summary

Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a Lead Trainer to support our growing Toronto Schools operations from the Etobicoke office, focusing on training professional drivers and maintaining our safety-first culture.

We offer robust training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a multi-modal transportation leader under Transdev. The role features an hourly rate of $27.00 and a Monday–Friday schedule in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid B or E Class License held for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean Driver Abstract with no demerit points required.
• Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening required.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Durham Region and surrounding areas.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Understanding of the vehicle-for-hire industry and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with wheelchair tie-down systems (Q'Straint and similar).
• Possess a signing authority.

Responsibilities

• Train and teach employees how to drive all Company owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Provide a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
