Qualifications

• Valid B or E Class License held for a minimum of 3 years required.
• Clean Driver Abstract with no demerit points required.
• Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening required.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Durham Region and surrounding areas.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Understanding of the vehicle-for-hire industry and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with wheelchair tie-down systems (Q'Straint and similar).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Driver Assessments to evaluate skill, safety, and readiness.
• Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs in accordance with company standards.
• Facilitate License Upgrading programs.
• Lead external instructional training sessions as required.
• Support the Transit Supervisor with additional duties and projects.
