Job summary

Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Driver Trainer based at our Hanover office to support Grey Bruce Schools operations. You will train drivers, conduct assessments, and deliver our training programs while upholding a safety-first culture. The role includes license upgrading and occasional driving to support operations, with an hourly rate of $25.00 and a Monday–Friday schedule (weekends on demand). Qualifications

• Valid B/E License required (3+ years)
• Clean Driver Abstract with no demerit points
• Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Proven excellent customer service
• Strong knowledge of Grey Bruce and surrounding areas
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Understanding of vehicle-for-hire regulations
• Familiarity with wheelchair tie-down systems (Q’Straint etc)
• Possess signing authority

Responsibilities

• Train employees to drive all company-owned vehicles safely and professionally.
• Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs per standards.
• Lead License Upgrading programs (B Class).
• Conduct external instructional training sessions as required.
• Support Operations Manager with additional duties and projects.
• Be available to substitute-drive to assist the operations team.
