Job summary

Scotlynn Group is hiring a Driver Recruiter for our Corporate Office in Norfolk County. You will develop strategies to attract qualified drivers using job boards, social media, networking, and trade shows.

This is a commission‑only role with a $52,000 draw against commission and unlimited earnings potential. The role is full‑time, onsite, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with some after hours and weekend hiring events.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation industry and driver recruiting is preferred.
• Knowledge of driver requirements and AZ/Class 1 driving is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed in this role.
• Written and spoken communication skills in multiple languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers.
• Leverage hiring websites, social media, networking and trade shows to build Scotlynn's driver talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient driver onboarding and retention.

Note: This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential – no base salary. The draw amount ensures you’re supported with steady pay while you build your driver pipeline, and your earned commissions are applied against that draw.

THE ROLE

As a Driver Recruiter, you’ll help grow our fleet by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers. You’ll use your knowledge of the transportation industry, along with hiring websites, social media, networking, and trade shows, to keep Scotlynn connected to the best driver talent out there.

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Driver Recruiters bring:

• Previous experience in the transportation industry (driver recruiting experience is a strong asset)
• Knowledge of driver requirements, AZ/Class 1 driving, and/or dispatch
• Comfort in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
• Written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages are considered an asset, but not required

YOUR COMMITMENT
