Job summary

BBA Consultants is seeking a drafter/designer in automation to join our engineering team in Montreal. You will contribute to detailed engineering projects, design automated systems and low-voltage electrical layouts, and assist in studies, specifications and estimates.

Collaboration with BBA and client teams will be key, along with applying and improving established methods. Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in electrical or automation drafting, AutoCAD proficiency, and

Qualifications

• DVS in industrial/building drafting.
• DCS in electrical engineering.
• Available to travel occasionally to client sites in Québec and the rest of Canada.
• At least two years of experience as an electrical or automation drafter/designer.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Advanced level of English to collaborate with BBA offices and/or clients outside Québec.
• Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec.
• Asset: ASP Construction card.
