• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls from instructors, staff, students and external clients.
• Set up and operate AV equipment for events and trainings.
• Maintain AV booking/circulation schedule and help desk functions.
• Operate cash register and process transactions for sales and returns.
• Provide information on courses and enrollment in SIES; assist with payments.
