Staffworks in Toronto, ON is seeking a Donor Relations Officer for a temporary contract (35 hours/week) in-office. The role focuses on processing regular donations, donor inquiries, and clear donor communications.

You will maintain records, prepare correspondence, and support day-to-day donor services with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent written communication, and experience with CRM systems, especially DonorPerfect.
