Job summary

POGO is seeking a Development Associate in Toronto (Hybrid) to support annual giving campaigns, donor communications, and data management. You will collaborate across channels, maintain donor records, and help advance fundraising strategies that support Ontario’s pediatric cancer care.

The role requires 1–3 years in fundraising or related fields, with strong organization, analytics, and CRM experience. Hybrid work, HOOPP benefits, and vacation are offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant college/university degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of fundraising, development, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with donor relations, reporting, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• From donor acquisition and retention efforts to monthly and tribute giving programs, you will help create exceptional donor experiences.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated annual giving campaigns across multiple channels.
• Maintain data integrity, support reporting, and track performance across revenue streams.
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, and impact reporting.
• Support administrative tasks and event logistics for fundraising initiatives.
