Job summary

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is seeking an Associate, Individual Giving to support fundraising campaigns, website content, and data dashboards. You will work across three areas—campaign support, website/content, and data/dashboards—helping bringing annual giving programs to life.

The role requires 3+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strong organizational skills, and comfort with donor communications. You’ll coordinate with designers, manage assets, and assist at donor events, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing, fundraising, communications, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 3 years of nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or communications experience.
• Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with designers and copywriters.
• Experience producing print and/or digital materials; familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with multi-deadline management.
• Experience with data extraction, analysis, and reporting; familiarity with donor databases/CRM systems.
• Strong donor-centric customer-service orientation.
• Interest in arts, flexibility for evenings/weekends.
• Commitment to ethical fundraising and donor confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Individual Giving campaigns by developing briefs and trafficking assets.
• Assist with campaign workback schedules and QA for copy and creative.
• Maintain and update website content and digital collateral; produce the digital newsletter.
• Support season editorial calendar with donor stories and evergreen content.
• Design and produce in-hall donor materials.
• Maintain internal dashboards and reporting views; support email reporting.
• Support benefits fulfillment and donor events; provide on-site support at events.
