iMarketing is seeking a Verification Professional to support donors across not-for-profit, political, and community sectors. You will interact with donors by phone, collect and confirm payment information, and help deliver a smooth donation experience.

You will be supported by our Training and Leadership teams, share successes with your colleagues, and enjoy flexible schedules, competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with an average of 110 donors daily over the phone.
• Learn to establish rapport and answer donors' questions.
• Collect and confirm payment and contact information from donors.
• Become an expert on iMarketing clients to answer donor questions.
• Communicate regularly with your team, sharing and celebrating success.
• Receive coaching and feedback from Training and Leadership teams to reach your goals.
• Make a difference every day.
