The Partner Experience Coordinator supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of a leading donor relations program to strengthen donor engagement and retention, collaborating across the organization to ensure donors are thanked, recognized, and engaged appropriately for their gifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor relations and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to craft donor communications and impact reports.
• Familiarity with major gifts, planned giving, monthly donations and events.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling proposals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level donor services to donors, prospects, volunteers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute donor experience and recognition plans that promote engagement.
• Coordinate donor recognition societies and naming opportunities.
• Plan and evaluate donor events in collaboration with the Events team.
• Maintain donor records and reporting in Raiser's Edge and SharePoint.
