North York Harvest Food Bank seeks a Database and Donor Care Specialist to safeguard donor data, manage Raiser's Edge NXT, and support fundraising strategy. You will ensure data integrity, process gifts, and generate insights in collaboration with Development and Marketing.

This full-time onsite role requires three+ years in donor database administration, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a commitment to donor care. Salary ranges CAD 69,791–82,115 with benefits after probation and vacation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of donor database administration and gift processing.
• Experience generating reports, queries, and fundraising analytics.
• Raiser's Edge NXT certification is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Omatic, BBMS, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of CRA receipting requirements and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Process donations accurately across multiple revenue channels.
• Maintain donor records and data quality in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and fundraising analytics.
• Support donor segmentation and fundraising campaigns.
• Assist with tax receipts and donor acknowledgements.
• Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams.
• Ensure system security and permissions.
