VINCI Construction Grands Projets Hellas S.A. recrute un Document Controller H/F pour superviser le contrôle documentaire sur un grand projet d'infrastructure au Canada. Vous gérerez l'EDMS, assurerez traçabilité et sécurité des documents pour l'équipe et les partenaires.

Expérience en contrôle documentaire exigée, diplôme en ingénierie ou domaine équivalent, et maîtrise d'ACONEX. Compétences organisationnelles et interculturelles fortement appréciées.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 ans d'expérience en contrôle documentaire et expérience DEI.
  • Diplôme en ingénierie, architecture, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • Maîtrise des procédures de contrôle documentaire et de l'EDMS ACONEX.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer le processus de gestion documentaire dans l'EDMS (workflow, codification).
  • Mettre en œuvre et améliorer les procédures de contrôle documentaire.
  • Gérer le cycle de vie des documents (Submittals, RFIs, Drawings, NCRs).
  • Assurer sécurité, accessibilité et distribution des documents pour tous les membres.
  • Collaborer avec les départements Qualité, Design et partenaires externes.
  • Mettre à jour les documents et les dessins pour refléter les dernières versions.

What is the project?

The Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Program Involves Designing And Building a New Deep-water Intake In Lake Ontario To Improve The Plant's Cooling System. This Will Involve

  • A5 km-long tunnel, built by a pressurized TBM (10.5 m diameter slurry TBM);
  • Two vertical shafts (onshore and offshore);
  • An offshore modular intake structure, resting on the lake bed.

The project is distinguished by its proximity to an active nuclear site, requiring rigorous standards of safety, planning and coordination.

What You Will Do

The Document Controller implements, manages and ensures the control of documents in the EDMS ensuring their security, accessibility, and distribution. They will ensure the data is accurate and complete for use by construction personnel throughout the project.

Concretely Your Tasks Will Be
  • Manage the document management process in EDMS parameterization (workflow, codification, architecture, interfaces with Designer, Client...);
  • Implement, update and improve Engineering document control procedures to meet internal and external compliance requirements;
  • Efficiently manage organizational documentation throughout the documents’ life cycle (Submittals, RFIs, FDCs, Drawings, NCRs…);
  • Ensure security, accessibility, and distribution of documents for all joint-venture personnel, working within Document Control team, and closely with the Quality Department, Design Managers, and external partners;
  • Ensure that internal document controls procedures are established and followed;
  • Distribute electronic documents, submittals, transmittals, and correspondence to defined recipients;
  • Compile and maintain control of records and related files to release reports, drawings, and engineering documents to production and other operating departments;
  • Examine documents, such as drawings, procedures, management plans, reports, change orders, and specifications for general completeness and accuracy of data;
  • Post changes to documents, especially construction drawings and related construction documents to maintain the most up-do-date construction documents for use by construction personnel (internal field personnel, client, and lower-tier contractors);
  • Assists and works in conjunction with the Document Control Team for the efficient operation and maintenance of the document management system.
Your Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in document control; Proven experience designing, implementing and managing inclusive DEI programs;
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, administration, or related fields;
  • Experience with EDMS ACONEX; Construction industry (large infrastructure projects) experience;
  • Strong knowledge of Document Control processes (version control and document lifecycle);
  • Autonomous, organized and attention to detail (record-keeping and filing discipline);
  • Heightened ability to work under deadlines;
  • Capable to engage stakeholders at all levels;
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills.
