Job summary

Cementation Americas is seeking a dedicated Document Controller in North Bay, ON to manage project records, ensure version control, and support cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely access to controlled documents across project lifecycles.

The candidate should have 3+ years in document control on industrial projects and strong proficiency with EDMS such as SharePoint or Autodesk Docs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of document control experience on construction/mining/engineering projects.
• Experience managing controlled project documentation and familiarity with contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, distribution, filing, retrieval, and archiving of all project documentation.
• Maintain document control registers and ensure documents are current and version controlled.
• Review documents for compliance with project standards and numbering conventions.
• Coordinate document transmittals between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Prepare regular document control status reports and support project close-out.
