Mondelēz International in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an experienced Logistics/Storage Operations Supervisor to manage shuttle fleets, shipping/receiving, and loading of product for delivery. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily warehousing activities and coordinate with carriers and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, post-secondary transportation education, strong organizational skills, and flexibility with working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Logistics field.
• Post Secondary Education in Transportation related field.
• Strong Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Shuttle fleet via supervisor/lead hand and manage production plant transportation needs.
• Oversee shipping/receiving for Green Road customer outbound and inter-plant inbound shipments.
• Provide direction to warehouse on loading requirements including trailer assignments.
• Maintain equipment in the Yard and up-to-date transportation boards.
• Record daily carrier pickups and ensure timely loading.
