Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in St. Marys, ON to lead daily warehousing operations for multiple facilities. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory control and dock activities while supervising eight staff, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure reliable, on‑time fulfillment. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in warehouse management, strong leadership, and

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in warehouse management or CPG‑related warehousing.
Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
Strong change‑management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of Warehouses 1 and 2, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate flow of goods.
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control and dock activity to support on‑time fulfillment.
Supervise a team of eight employees and establish daily management routines while reinforcing safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Inventory Management to optimize inventory rotation and warehouse utilization.
Partner with Customer Service to maintain smooth order allocation and product availability.
