Job summary

BMO InvestorLine is seeking a Regional Sales Manager leader to drive sales performance across Quebec, Atlantic, Ontario North and East regions. Travel will be substantial (60-80%) with the role offering a 100% remote working arrangement in practice across Canada.

You will coach Regional Sales Managers, build strong partnerships, and execute divisional plans to achieve aggressive targets while ensuring client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with sales leadership.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• CIRO courses and licensing: CSC, CPH, WME, BMC.
• Fluent in French and English to support operations outside Quebec.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Regional Sales Managers to meet divisional sales targets.
• Own divisional performance, pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop divisional business plans and priority actions.
• Drive productivity through coaching, reviews, and development planning.
• Build strategic partnerships across distribution channels and internal teams.
• Influence stakeholders to remove barriers and improve outcomes.
