Job summary

A-1 Security is seeking a results oriented District Manager to lead a district of 100+ security professionals, drive operational excellence, recruit and coach senior management, and uphold corporate guidelines.

You will report to the Vice President of Protective Services, implement sales strategies with Account and Branch Managers, ensure exceptional client service, conduct monthly audits, and foster a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of security management experience as a District Manager.
• 2–5 years in a security services role, preferably physical security and loss prevention.
• Clean criminal record with no pending charges or investigations.
• Degree in Business Management and/or Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, labor standards and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily district operations and drive continual improvement in operations and culture.
• Recruit, retain and discipline a dedicated management team.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and enforce corporate guidelines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with Account/Branch Managers for acquisitions.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic actions supporting business goals.
• Ensure exceptional client service while meeting client needs.
