Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical, collaborative relationships between Dealers and Corporation.
• Champion the True North customer-centric strategy to enhance experience.
• Conduct ORR in Stores, providing coaching and feedback to teams.
• Partner with Associate Dealers to balance business plans with corporate priorities.
• Understand market demographics and competitive landscape to inform planning.
• Communicate aligned corporate objectives clearly in writing, verbally and in person.
