Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Canada seeks a District Manager to drive growth and productivity across the district, recruiting top talent and coaching advisors and leadership while delivering strong client experiences.

You will work with the Regional Vice President to develop annual holistic business plans focusing on wealth and insurance, with attention to governance metrics and advisor succession needs.

Qualifications

• University degree with progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Must hold valid life insurance license in relevant provinces.
• Mutual fund license and Branch Manager Course completion required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and sales growth plans for the district in alignment with Sun Life objectives.
• Coach and develop District team members, ensuring staffing and training needs are met.
• Partner with HR and leaders to drive performance management and succession planning.
• Monitor targets, adjust activities to grow revenue and client base.
