This position is located in Brampton, ON and is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity.

The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and leading the organization's warehouses, setting direction for production, and deploying resources.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor the distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and personnel allocation.
2. Create and enforce a safe working environment.
3. Plan, assign, and supervise daily work assignments.
4. Conduct daily communication meetings with employees.
5. Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by the Depot Manager.
6. Perform monthly performance reviews for associates.
7. Create an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity.
8. Identify areas to reduce warehouse back-orders and quality errors while reducing costs.
9. Resolve employee issues.
10. Identify and implement process improvements.
11. Perform other duties as required by the operation and position.

The annual salary for this role is $61,000 - $82,000 CAD, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• OR Associate's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• General experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
