This position is located in Brampton, ON and is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity.

The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and leading the organization's warehouses, setting direction for production and deploying resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the monitoring and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and allocation of all personnel.
• Create and enforce a safe working environment.
• Plan, assign, and supervise daily work assignments.
• Conduct daily communication meetings with employees.
• Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by the Depot Manager.
• Perform monthly Associate performance reviews.
• Create and maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity.
• Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse back-orders and quality errors while reducing costs.
• Resolve employee issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Other duties as required by the operation and position.

The annual salary for this role is $61,000 - $82,000 CAD (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role).

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• OR Associate's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• General experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
