Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Distribution Planning Manager to lead a team responsible for the efficient movement of inventory across our network in Canada. You will drive KPI performance, coach planners, and work with Transportation and cross-functional teams to support service levels and inventory efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and a strategic view of network planning aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years in distribution planning, supply chain, or inventory management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong KPI tracking, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement experience.
ERP/MRP experience; Microsoft D365 is a strong asset; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Planners to achieve objectives.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Transportation and cross-functional teams to support goals.
Translate objectives into clear team direction and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee payroll validation, recruitment support, and HR processes as needed.
