Job summary

Kibbi in Canada is seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher to ensure accuracy of time sheets, payroll and other summaries, and to support daily operations.

You will dispatch personnel, coordinate vehicle operators and crews, maintain records, provide customer service, operate radio equipment, and respond to urgent calls while ensuring smooth, compliant work flows.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: Experience an asset.
• Ability to work independently and attention to detail.

• Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries.
• Provide customer service and dispatch personnel according to schedules.
• Maintain work records and logs; keep track of shipments and expenses.

TASKS
