Job summary

Kibbi in Burlington, ON is seeking a reliable AZ-licensed truck driver for a permanent, full-time position. You will load and unload goods, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and coordinate with central dispatch while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role involves driving refrigerated tractor-trailer units, occasional cross-border travel, overnight stays, and handling heavy loads. A valid passport and the ability to work flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Experience in trucking is an asset or equivalent experience.
• AZ license or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload goods.
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with central dispatch and receive relay information.
• Tarp cargo and ensure safety and security of freight.
• Drive refrigerated tractor-trailer units and travel cross-border when required.
