Job description

L.A. Limousines & Transportation Services is looking for a capable, organized, and dependable person to join our office team as a Dispatcher (Primary) & Reservations Coordinator.

The primary focus of this position will be dispatching our fleet and chauffeur team. The successful candidate will also be trained in reservations, client communications, and general office operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Remains calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Can manage changing priorities in a busy environment
• Is comfortable learning new software and systems
• Is familiar with Greater Victoria and surrounding areas
• Can work a flexible schedule (25-35 hours per week), including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Can work in our Metchosin office location.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
• 50/50 cost-shared health and dental benefits
• Additional company benefits
• Start date as soon as possible

Previous dispatching, transportation, reservations, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset, but transportation industry experience is not required. Training will be provided.
