Job summary

Glen Group in Richmond, BC is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate TCPs, LCTs, supervisors, and field crews across multiple job sites. You will manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps while keeping sites fully staffed and on track.

Must have dispatcher or operations coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites.
  • Manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps.
  • Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day.
  • Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently.
  • Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word , and dispatching systems
  • SiteDocs experience is an asset
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions
  • Fast paced and high-volume operations
  • Based out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guarantee
  • Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
