Job summary

Glen Group is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our Richmond office, coordinating TCPs, LCTs, and field supervisors across multiple sites.

You will manage changes, callouts, and scheduling gaps while maintaining clear communication with crews and clients throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps.
• Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day.
• Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently.
• Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly.
• Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage.
• Support operations and improve workflow processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word , and dispatching systems
• SiteDocs experience is an asset
• Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions
• Fast paced and high-volume operations
• Based out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guarantee
• Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
• $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
