• Must have previous experience in administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactful and professional phone assistance.
• Plan, organize and respond to route, fleet, and operator issues and advise on company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the activities of drivers, supervisors, and fleet units using dispatching equipment.
• Work independently to resolve customer/passenger issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Administrative duties as required (payroll, filing and reports).

In this key position, you’ll be integral to the day-to-day operations, handling driver communications, scheduling, and routing to ensure efficient service. We’re looking for an industry professional with a strong commitment to customer service and passenger satisfaction. To thrive in this fast-paced role, the ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Shift details:

Split shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 am and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Wage:

$26.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
