RSB Logistic in Saskatoon is seeking a Dispatcher in our road transport division. This role focuses on planning and dispatching orders to drivers, preparing check call lists, and handling ACE and E-Manifest documents. You will enter order details accurately and provide on-call support as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong written and interpersonal communication, the ability to work under pressure, and thrives in a team environment. Grade 12 is required.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, energetic and honest.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• PC computer knowledge and good keyboarding skills.
• TDG and DOT regulations are assets.
• Detail and paperwork management skills are assets.
• Prior trucking industry experience is an asset.
• Grade 12 is required.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Prepare daily check call list and take action
• Plan and Dispatch orders to drivers
• Prepare ACE and E-Manifest documents
• Accurately enter order details and changes in trucking system
• Provide on-call services
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the position include:
