Job summary

Autism Services in Yorkton is seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. The role requires handling 24 hopper fleet movements across the prairie provinces, coordinating routes, schedules and driver communications in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with fluent English. Prior trucking industry experience is an asset and a positive sense of humor is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in trucking or hopper industry is an asset.
• Based in Canada with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as dispatcher for a 24-vehicle hopper fleet across prairie provinces.
• Coordinate routes, schedules and daily communications with drivers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely issue resolution.

**** STILL LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE **** Based out of our Yorkton office we are looking for an additional full time experienced dispatcher to join our team as soon as possible. We currently run 24 super b hoppers in the 3 prairie provinces. We are looking for someone who has exceptional computer skills , is able to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi task , is very organized and has a keen sense for detail. Must be out going , personable and have excellent communication skills. A good sense of humour wouldn't hurt either. Prior experience in the trucking industry ,( preferably in the hopper industry ) would be a definite asset. We offer a good starting salary and benefits to the right candidate.
