Job summary

Vision Transportation in Mississauga is seeking an experienced dispatcher to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–10:00pm, with a rotational after-hours support component and an on-call bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation
• Proficient with Google Workspace
• Proficient with Truckmate (TMW)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving.
• Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups.
• Oversee and manage issues that arise after-hours.
• Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.
