Job summary

NAPA Canada in Nova Scotia is seeking a full-time dispatcher to plan efficient delivery routes for our drivers and ensure timely service.

You will use our delivery management system to assign deliveries, track times, and keep orders ready for shipment, with strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions quickly, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous dispatching experience (asset).

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient driving routes and assign deliveries to drivers based on location and priority.
• Ensure drivers enter delivery times into delivery management system.
• Manage various tracking parameters in the delivery management module.
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment.

In This Key Role, You Will
