Job summary

Manitoulin Group in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to oversee transportation of diverse products. The role requires organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence.

This permanent full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–10:00pm and includes an after-hours on-call bonus for rotational coverage; you will negotiate carrier rates, coordinate deliveries, and manage customer service with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (assets).
• Proficient with Truckmate (TMW) (assets).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving.
• Coordinate and manage deliveries and pickups.
• Oversee and manage issues that arise after-hours.
• Manage customer service and complaints with courtesy and professionalism.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm

This position has a rotational after-hours support component, and pays an On-Call Bonus.
