Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Fixed Term Dispatch Customer Service Representative to handle calls, emails and faxes for Irving Energy products. You will engage residential and commercial customers, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to enhance the consumer experience.

This 8-month contract requires strong communication, problem solving and a service mindset. The role is onsite at Crown Street, Saint John, NB with a schedule that covers our 7 days a week operation.
