Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Dishwasher for The Josie on Red Mountain. You will clean, transport and store all china, glassware, utensils, and silverware, while maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to support the kitchen operations; the role offers a competitive hourly wage, benefits, RRSP matching, flexible scheduling, and a seasonal ski pass.

Qualifications

• Maintain sanitation of all dishroom and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemical levels.
• Operate deep hand-washing system as required.
• Break down, wash, and store dishware using proper procedures.

Responsibilities

• Return cleaned items to assigned areas.
• Empty trash cans and wash inside/outside of cans.
• Clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down the dish machine and clean the interior and exterior.
• Clean tile walls, floors and baseboards.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a Dishwasher, you would be responsible to clean, transport and store all china, glassware, cooking equipment / utensils and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisles, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure dishwasher temperatures and chemicals are monitored.
• Use the deep hand-washing system as required.
• Break down trays, set up the dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glassware, and silverware using proper procedures.
• Return all cleaned and sanitized items to their assigned areas.
• Empty trash cans and wash the inside and outside of each can.
• Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster.
• Break down the dish machine and clean the inside and outside.
