Job summary

The Josie, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at a luxury ski-in/ski-out resort in the RED Mountain area. You will clean guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience during the winter season.

Seasonal position starting December 1, 2026, with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to high standards.
• Process departures and stay-overs and restock supplies.

• Strip and make beds and change linens as required.
• Maintain organized work areas and restock carts and linen areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and controls.
• Report damages or deficiencies to housekeeping leadership.
• Assist in front of house and public areas as assigned.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Room Attendant, you will be working as part of our Housekeeping team, processing both departures and stay-overs, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to our highest standards of cleanliness to ensure our guest experience!

Who We’re Looking For:

Job Description:

You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance that impeccably clean guest rooms have on the guest experience. You communicate well with guests and colleagues, and always willing to “pitch-in” and help, lead by example, and are a team player. You bring general knowledge of basic cleaning principles and can follow our policies and standards related to cleaning requirements/controls, applications of chemicals, health and safety, guest security and hotel property.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• 1. Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
• 2. Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents and wearing of PPE.
• 3. Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.
• 4. Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
• 5. Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.
• 6. Ensure all electronic equipment, plumbing fixtures operate.
• 7. As assigned compete daily room refreshment as per guidelines.
• 8. Assist with inventory counts and controls.
• 9. Maintain work areas clean and organized which includes restocking of carts and floor linen areas.
• 10. Adhere to departmental standards on a safe work environment. Working alone, use of wet floors signs in public and BOH areas. Needle disposal units, biohazard wash bags used if required.
• 11. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.
• 12. Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart. Visually inspect the room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.
• 13. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• 14. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned in the housekeeping dept & laundry.
• 15. Report any damage / deficiencies to housekeeping leadership, maintenance departments.
• 16. Handle lost and found in accordance with polices implemented at the property.
• 17. Assist co workers to complete tasks as required.
• 18. Assist in houseperson back of house and front of house duties (public areas, restaurant and event space as assigned.
• 19. Other job-related tasks, as assigned
