Brentwood Bay Resort in Victoria, BC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly and our dishes spotless. You’ll support the culinary team and operate dishwashing equipment safely to help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

A day in the life

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen tools, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Support kitchen operations by restocking clean dishes and utensils throughout service
• Maintain garbage, recycling, and compost systems in accordance with Resort standards
• Keep dish and kitchen areas organized, sanitary, and hazard-free throughout the shift
• Assist the culinary team with basic prep and support tasks as needed
• Follow all FoodSafe, WHMIS, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards
