Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for keeping all dish and back-of-house areas sanitary and organized, ensuring a steady supply of clean china, glassware, and utensils for daily operations.

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively to support a smooth kitchen operation. Crescent Hotels & Resorts values inclusivity and a respectful work environment across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and back of house areas.
• Ensure the dishwasher temperatures and chemicals are monitored.
• Use of the deep hand washing system as required.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash ware, and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Take back to assigned areas all cleaned and sanitized items.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean tile walls, floors, and baseboards.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Dishwasher, you would be responsible to clean, transport and store all china, glassware, cooking equipment / utensils and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
