Brentwood Bay Resort in Brentwood Bay, BC, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold the high standards that guests expect from our oceanfront property. You’ll ensure pristine rooms, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere that supports memorable stays.

Ideal candidates bring pride in cleanliness, the ability to work independently or with a team, and the physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds. You’ll join a caring, award-winning team focused on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Maintains spotless, welcoming guest spaces with care and precision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to Resort standards, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Change linens, make beds to presentation standards, and replenish amenities
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for arrival
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain hallways, storage areas, and service spaces in clean and organized condition
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently
• Manage time effectively to meet daily room quotas
• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and Front Desk to support guest needs
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests when encountered
