Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive work experience in Project Management or Supervisory role, preferably within the restoration industry.
• Valid Certification through IICRC for: Water Remediation Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Mold Remediation.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and estimating software skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-person teams on various restoration projects.
• Perform site inspections to assess property damage.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders.
