You are solution-driven, able to identify support needs, and willing to understand and act in the best interest of the individual while maintaining professional boundaries. You have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities and are willing to research, develop, and implement growth programs. You can manage administrative work to build rapport with the individual.

This permanent position is 40 hours/week at our "Hawkmount" group home in Northwest Calgary. The schedule is either Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or Tuesday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
