Qualifications

• 5+ years leading matrixed teams managing digital health systems/services.
• 5+ years in program/project management with cross-functional teams and stakeholder negotiations.
• Active member of an appropriate regulatory body with travel within the province.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital health strategy and delivery across Manitoba.
• Drive business transformation and IT governance in Digital Shared Services.
• Oversee ITIL-based service management and 24/7 on-call support.
• Collaborate with clinicians and executives to align programs with clinical needs.
