Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a seasoned Vice President to join the Executive Leadership Team, guiding clinical strategy, performance, and culture across the continuum of care. The role oversees medical programming, staff credentials, and physician leadership development to ensure high-value health services.

Qualifications

• MD degree with licensure eligibility in Nova Scotia.
• CCPE designation is an asset.
• Provincial/national committee experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a practicing physician.

Responsibilities

• Set and advance the organization’s medical vision with executive leadership.
• Oversee medical staff affairs, staffing, by-laws and credentialing processes.
