Job summary

JRoss Recruiters is seeking a senior retail leader to develop and drive an integrated sales and customer experience strategy across both physical stores and digital channels. You will translate broad commercial priorities into practical field programs and education initiatives, establishing selling behaviours that boost discovery, conversion, loyalty, and repeat visits.

You will build scalable playbooks, coaching tools, and campaign guides, partner with field leadership to embed selling

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail or related environments.
• Strong understanding of store-level selling behaviours that drive conversion, basket growth and loyalty.
• Experience developing retail sales strategies, field programs, selling tools, and customer experience initiatives.

Responsibilities
