Payments Canada is seeking a Director, Product Enablement: Governance and Go-To-Market Oversight to bridge product strategy and execution within a regulated environment. You will build scalable governance, drive GTM readiness, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, market-ready products.

Responsibilities include establishing a product development framework, defining decision points, and guiding the analytics and reporting across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Enablement within payments/financial services.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role.
• Experience building scalable product governance and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the Product Enablement function from the ground up with a scalable framework.
• Design and document a comprehensive product development framework and stage-gate processes.
• Define criteria and decision points across product lifecycle with templates and best practices.
• Establish governance committees for reviews, approvals, and escalations with standardized reporting.
• Oversee product tech stack and generate data-driven insights to inform strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
