Job summary

Scotiabank Canada is seeking a Director of Revenue Management within Global Transaction Banking in Toronto. You will lead strategic pricing and revenue optimization initiatives across GTB products, collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, Risk and Operations to maximize client value and portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in product management or strategy.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree an asset; finance/analytics focus preferred.
• Strong understanding of GTB products' financials and P&L levers.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and revenue optimization across the GTB product portfolio.
• Develop pricing frameworks and governance processes to support differentiated value-based pricing.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Risk and Operations to implement pricing decisions.
• Build financial models and business cases to support pricing strategy and investments.
• Monitor pricing performance and portfolio profitability with key metrics.
